  Dine in experience was terrible. Restaurant was dirty, tables hadn't been cleaned and there were flies everywhere. Operator took down the order incorrectly, which required the manager to fix. Manager was helpful and friendly and the food itself was hot and tasty.

  Welcome to the world's longest queues. Planning on a quick stop in the drive through? Better bring a good book to read while you wait. Honestly, sometimes I find it faster to drive past them and head to the KFC in Cassurina. The foods good and the stuff are ok, but a line that runs out the door and the drive though line that blocks off the car park and extends out to the road is beyond a joke. One or twice I can understand, but surely by now they have worked out that they need to do something about it. More staff, a bigger kitchen or more efficient process.

  Store is extremely dirty and makes one wonder what the kitchen is like. Please do something about it and you will potentially increase your business.
